LOC Bottle Shop supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.  This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

South Australia

Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.

Victoria

Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

NSW

New South Wales Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Western Australia

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Queensland

Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years of age.

Products & Ordering

All of our product prices are inclusive of GST. We have made every effort to describe and display as accurately as possible the products available for purchase on our website.  All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.  We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products where necessary, as may be the case with limited release wines.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order a user places with us.  In the instance that this happens we will notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of personal information that we collect from both visitors and customers of our website.

LOC Bottle Shop may sometimes share your personal information with a third party to help us complete our service to you which includes but is not limited to promotions and statistical analysis.  This includes our ecommerce platform provider Shopify to enable us to process your online transaction, our newsletter service via Mailchimp and Google Analytics to help us understand how users are interacting with our website.  You can view how the aforementioned businesses adhere to privacy policy laws on their respective websites.

We reserve the right to collect certain non-personal information and analytical data, for internal purposes such as improving website usability. LOC Bottle shop may also provide this information to others, in the form of a summary, for purposes such as marketing, advertising or research.

LOC Bottle shop uses cookies to enable us to track usage patterns from visitors to our website so that we can improve the content of our website and our advertising strategies. Shipping & Returns

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to receive a replacement or refund for a major product fault, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.  We will process these claims on a case by case basis and goods are expected not to be further consumed.
