Grape Growing
The vineyards consist of sandy gravel, schist and limestone, which all enjoy a moderating influence from the extremely large and nearby Lake Neusiedler.

Wine Making
The grapes spend 10 weeks on the skins before being fermented in open wooden vats. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 18 months in large oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
