Grape Growing
Siemàn has nine hectares, but only four are planted with vines. Biodiversity is encouraged and a wide variety of flowers, plants and wild animals coexist together with vineyards, olive trees and woodland. Since the beginning the work in the vineyard is carried out with scrupulous attention, without using synthetic chemicals and trying to replace even copper with mushroom-based products to stimulate the natural resistance of the vines.

Wine Making
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for 3-7 days, depending on the kind of grapes. The wine rest 8 months in concrete (90% of the mass) and used tonneaux (10% of the mass). Bottled without fining and/or filtration. No SO2 added.
