Merlot, Shiraz, Tannat
A blend of wines picked over 3 years. Mostly made up of stainless steel fermented Merlot & Shiraz made in 2018 and 2019, showing a core of beautiful, soft dark fruits. The rest if Tannat from 2017, which was left on skins for 10 months and left in old oak for a further 18 months with no sulphur. Blended in 2020, the resulting wine is juicy and full of red/blue fruits. An absolute crowd pleaser.
