With a focus on minimal intervention, this single source tea does the talking, drawing out the purest flavour notes through a delicate single ferment.
Part of what makes this jasmine green tea so remarkable is the processing. The fresh green tea leaves wither naturally before being exposed to jasmine flowers that are left in baskets surrounding the tea for up to two days. While other jasmine teas add either essence or dried jasmine flower, this superior method results in a lingering mellow floral character that shines through in every sip.
The only left over waste from the kombucha production are the tea leaves and the odd retired scoby, they go to compost. There are no added juices or flavourings, its all about the tea variety and how it transforms in the ferment. Only glass bottles are used, with a few other sustainability initiatives being worked ones the business grows.
