Mailer McGuire teamed up with T Totaler to carefully hand brew their remarkable French Earl Grey blend. The resulting liquor is then fermented for 6-7 weeks.
The only left over waste from the kombucha production are the tea leaves and the odd retired scoby, they go to compost. There are no added juices or flavourings, its all about the tea variety and how it transforms in the ferment. Only glass bottles are used, with a few other sustainability initiatives being worked ones the business grows.
