Farmed and bottled high in the Sierra Nevada by incredible perfections and conservations Manual Moreno and Bertani. Approximately ten different varieties of ancient cider apples are used - rescuing two of them from extinction.
The fruit is picked at night to reduce the yeast population on each apple. The fruit is then split and pipped by hand.
