A little reductive on opening, but once opened up - bright fruits and a little earthiness - a beautiful, lively wine.

The Didon’s vineyard is a 2ha lieu-dit (historic vineyard) named ‘Vignes Blanches’ planted to pinot noir, pinot blanc, chardonnay and aligoté. It lies on a slope facing east, with a soil of dense yellow limestone and is recognised as one of the very best in the village.
No additions are made during the winemaking process. Whole-cluster fermentation and raised in old oak.
