Sustainability and the environment are fundamentals of Andrea's viticulture. Colle Florido farm 3 hectares of land, with all vineyards sharing the same clayey-calcareous soil. The vineyards are farmed without the use of any chemicals, with copper and sulphur used only when absolutely necessary.
All fruit is hand harvested and also de-stemmed by hand, in addition to very minimal pump usage to maintain as much whole berry as possible. Spontaneous ferment with indigenous yeasts, no temperature control, no additives and no fining/filtration occurs. Minimal sulphites (10mg/l)
