Sourced from Yangarra’s biodynamic vineyard in the upper Blewitt Springs subregion of McLaren Vale. Picked early off the sand and ironstone soils.
One ton of biodynamic Grenache was handpicked and destemmed back at the BH winery. Fermented wild in an open one ton fermenter for 2 weeks, punched down twice daily, then pressed gently into a 500L neutral French puncheon for 10 months. Bottled at the winery into 25 cases and 60 magnums.
