Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon
All varieties (Semillon, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc) are picked on the same day from the same block. The Riesling is direct pressed over whole cluster Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The juice is then co-fermented for 7 days then pressed off to barrel to finish.
