Fermented in open top, wax lined concrete before being pressed into old oak for 12 months.  Light on its feet, rose petals and violets on the nose. Banging acid+tannin combo but still light and bright, this one is for fans of Nebbiolo but also perfect for those unfamiliar with the grape.
